When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when requested • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity • Respect our intellectual property rights and those of other users • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our audit methodologies or proprietary tools

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other materials displayed on our website or produced through our services are the intellectual property of ODIN Audit or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Audit reports remain the property of ODIN Audit, with specific usage rights granted to clients as specified in individual service agreements.

Our payment terms include: • Full or partial payment may be required before service commencement • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise • Pricing and payment schedules are outlined in individual service agreements • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges • We accept payment in fiat currencies and select cryptocurrencies • Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client

ODIN Audit may terminate or suspend access to our services: • For violation of these Terms and Conditions • For fraudulent or illegal activity • For non-payment of fees • At our discretion with reasonable notice • Upon mutual agreement with the client Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms will cease immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland. Nothing in these terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
